Basic Needs Support
CCAC's Campus Cupboards are made possible through partnerships with the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank and the generosity of other organizations. Ongoing support from the food bank and campus food drives keeps the cupboards supplied with a variety of canned goods, pastas and other nonperishables, frozen foods, and meats as well as some household items.
Students in need of food assistance may utilize the cupboards for free to assist them and their households. No income documentation is required; however, students are asked to complete a brief form provided on-site to use the cupboards.
The CCAC Campus Closets, currently located at South and Boyce campuses, provide students with business and formal attire at no charge. This clothing is appropriate for a variety of uses, such as special events, job interviews, job fairs and more. Any items that students select are for them to keep.
