Why Vocational Education Training for People Who Need Learning Support?
These programs are designed for students who best excel outside the typical college environment. Students train for careers in indoor outdoor building maintenance, food service, environmental services, or nursing assistant/health care technician.
Why Choose Vocational Educational Training?
The Office of Vocational Rehabilitation may fund tuition for this two-semester, non-credit certificate program.
- We listen to the desires of each student and assess capabilities before training starts
- We place students in a career, not just a job
- We work with companies to train students in specific skills needed for that environment
- We follow up with students and employers to gauge success or make training adjustments
