FREE Computer Information Technology Credit Classes Now Available at CCAC Homewood-Brushton Center
CCAC, through funding from the CCAC Homewood-Brushton Community Fellowship Program, is providing FREE Computer Information Technology courses beginning this month. Course topics range from hardware and operating systems to networking concepts, security and troubleshooting.
Students can apply credits from these classes toward a Cybersecurity Support Specialist certificate, Administrative Computer Specialist certificate or a Network Support Specialist certificate.
Also, a new course and cohort is being offered in mechatronics, with limited enrollment available.
To be eligible, students must be residents of the city of Pittsburgh or selected surrounding areas. Classes are set to begin Monday, Jan. 27.
