CCAC to Hold Open House at Allegheny Campus on December 9

The Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC) will host an in-person Open House on Saturday, Dec. 9, 2023. The event will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at CCAC Allegheny Campus (808 Ridge Ave, Foerster Student Services Center).
The event is open to all. Prospective students, their family members and friends will have an opportunity to learn more about the college’s programs, resources and campus activities. Participants will be able to interact with college administrators, faculty, advisors and staff. Attendees will learn how to enroll in one of CCAC’s more than 130 degree, certificate or diploma programs to meet their educational and career goals as well as explore the following:
- Financial Aid
- Military & Veterans Affairs
- Resource Navigators
- Student Life & Engagement
- Student Services
- Disability Resources & Services
- Programs designed to facilitate easy transfer to four-year colleges & universities
- In-demand careers that offer strong wages & career growth
- Day, evening, weekend & online course offerings
